How it all works together

Member enrollment
Eligible employees enroll online and access the Embla app. Enrollment is fully digital and managed by our team, with no lift for HR or plan administrators.

Clinical screening & eligibility review
Each member completes a comprehensive health screening reviewed by coaches and clinicians. Clinical protocols and safety flags ensure GLP-1 therapy is prescribed only when appropriate, and at the lowest effective dose.

Dedicated coach & coordinated care
Every member is paired with a dedicated health coach for ongoing 1:1 support. Behavior change is the foundation. If medication is appropriate, dosing is coordinated between the coach and clinical team within our care platform.

Continuous monitoring & engagement
Members track progress in the app while coaches and clinicians monitor adherence, outcomes, and side effects in real time — allowing proactive adjustments.

Structured medication tapering
When members reach sustained progress, our system prompts the care team to begin tapering GLP-1 therapy. Coaching continues throughout tapering to prevent rebound and maintain long-term results.
